Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating financial and accounting activities within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in collaboration with other managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective budgetary and accounting strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to financial planning.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to facilitate informed decision-making by interpreting its implications for business performance and funding needs.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust accounting systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings and income.
  • Develop and deliver long-range profit forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Assess capital finance proposals and evaluate the financial status of operational projects.
  • Advise on investment strategies, sources of funds, and the distribution of earnings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial legislation and standards, staying abreast of changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management software and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
